Simply Morocco is a Moroccan-run travel company that plans Morocco tours for travelers from around the world. We are three brothers who grew up in Morocco, and everything we do starts from one idea: show people the country we love the way we know it, from the family tables to the long desert roads.
Today more than a million people follow our journeys across Instagram and Facebook, and a lot of them have gone on to travel Morocco with us.
Our Story
Simply Morocco started with three brothers living abroad and missing home.
Whenever someone asked us about Morocco, we heard the same worries: Is it safe? Is it too chaotic? Will I get lost in the medina? We knew a different Morocco. The one where a shop owner pours you mint tea before talking about price, where a grandmother in the Atlas insists you stay for lunch, where the Sahara goes completely silent after sunset.
So we started sharing it. First a few photos on Facebook, then stories on Instagram, posted with the honesty we would use with a friend. People followed, then they started writing to us: Can you help me plan this? Who should I trust? Where should I stay?
We said yes, one trip at a time. Those first trips grew into Simply Morocco, a full-service travel company planning private Morocco tours and small group journeys, built on the same honest storytelling that started it all.
The People Behind Your Trip
Simply Morocco is led by founder Simo Chioukh, with his brothers by his side and a trusted local team on the ground.
Simo designs our routes and oversees every trip. With a background in branding and communications and travel to more than 20 countries, he knows what travelers need to feel at ease far from home, and he shares that knowledge in the guides on this site.
In Morocco, we work with a close network of local drivers, guides and hosts. We choose them for their experience and the care they show travelers. They know the mountain roads, the shortcuts through the medina and the families who run the best kitchens in each town. When you travel with us, these are the people who meet you at the airport, guide you through Fes and Marrakech, and make sure you reach the dunes before sunset.
How We Plan Your Trip
Every trip is built around you, from the first message to the drive back to the airport.
We listen first. You tell us your dates, your pace and what matters to you, and we shape the route around it.
We vet everything ourselves. We personally check every riad, hotel, desert camp, driver and experience we recommend.
We keep it overland. You travel with a private driver in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, with stops wherever you want them. We do not use internal flights, which are often delayed and skip the landscapes between cities.
We handle the whole trip. Airport pickup and drop-off, hotels, guides, excursions and the Sahara camp are arranged together as one journey, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We are honest about price. You get a clear quote with what is included and what is not, and no surprises on the road.

We work with local drivers, guides, riads and family-run businesses, so the money from your trip stays in Moroccan communities. We plan routes at a human pace, with time to sit for tea, talk with people and take in the landscapes.
