Refund and Cancellation Policy

All reservations with Simply Morocco require a deposit to secure and reserve the trip. The deposit confirms accommodations, transportation, guides, and other services and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
  • Failure to complete full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation, with the deposit forfeited.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to travel@simply-morocco.com.
  • Phone calls or messages are not accepted as a form of cancellation.
  • The effective cancellation date is the date the written notice is received.

Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable at all times.
  • Once full payment is made (60 days or less before departure), the trip becomes non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of departure.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, early departures, or itinerary changes requested by the traveler.

Changes and Substitutions

  • Traveler name substitutions are permitted if a guest is unable to attend, subject to reasonable notice and confirmation by Simply Morocco.
  • Travel dates cannot be changed within 60 days of departure.
  • Requests for changes made more than 60 days before departure may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may result in additional costs.

Additional Information

  • Simply Morocco does not offer or book airline or train tickets.
  • Refunds or cancellation fees will not be waived due to illness, injury, death, weather conditions, or personal emergencies.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
